About UPVC Profile Coating
UPVC profiles are standard white by extrusion. UPVC profile coating applies a specialist, flexible paint system — formulated specifically for PVC substrates — to change the colour, add wood-grain aesthetics, or protect ageing profiles against UV yellowing and surface degradation.
The coating system is applied after thorough cleaning and priming of the UPVC surface. A flexible topcoat is then applied in the selected colour or wood grain effect. The result bonds tenaciously to the UPVC and flexes with it through thermal expansion cycles, eliminating the peeling and cracking that occurs when incompatible paints are applied.
Radiant Anodisers coats both new UPVC profiles ex-works (before installation) and can support refurbishment projects where re-colouring existing installations is required.
